The file is updated each calendar month, usually within the first 5 working days.
The most recent version is December 2025.
You will need the suppression password to open the file, which is supplied to our clients via email.
Please Note - Our suppression process changed slightly from March 2025 onwards. The updated process now only provides a tab of URNs for removal/suppression. The file provided is to be used for the sole purpose of removing records and nothing else.
