Databroker Approved Partners

Databroker continually strive to improve the reputation and customer confidence in data and direct marketing. As members of the Direct Marketing Association ourselves we take the protection of our clients from unscrupulous suppliers very seriously; And we are committed to demanding the highest quality, ethically sound, products and services from our suppliers.

Databroker will only work with and recommend suppliers in the Direct Marketing Industry who use and source data responsibly. To this end we are launching the Databroker Approved Partner Scheme.

To become an Approved Partner, suppliers will have to adhere to stringent guidelines regarding where they source and how they use direct marketing data:

• Data purchase and use must comply with relevant legal requirements such as the TPS register
• Where possible their data must be bought from DMA approved list owners, therefore adhering to
  the DMA code of practice
• And last but by no means least; partners must ensure that the objectives of the end-client are the
  primary motivations when selecting data

Suppliers who make the grade get the "Databroker Approved Partner" or "Data Sourced Responsibly" badge to wear on their website with pride. They also have their contact details added to the relevant partner section below.
